SSU DORMS
In addition to the 600 beds of new dormitory construction, this project will incorporate two historic buildings—Adams Hall and Morgan Hall—as part of the complex. Adams Hall will be renovated and become the Social Hall and Student Housing Offices for the freshmen, and Morgan Hall will become a center for academic excellence. The complex will be located adjacent to Hill Hall, another project of Gunn Meyerhoff Shay, which restored a national landmark after a terrible fire. The project will be a design-build procurement, with Hardin Construction and HADP Architects.
