A complete renovation for an abandoned office building to create a mixed use development with luxury loft condominiums, a parking garage, and several boutique retail spaces. The project qualified for preservation tax credits and the then recently enacted local property tax abatement for qualified developments. GMShay also designed several of the penthouse lofts, including one for the Raskin family.
