Originally a vertical retail space for early era automobiles to be showcased and then customized upstairs, this grand old building was completely renovated for a luxury residence for one of Savannah’s most prominent families in the early 1990’s by architect Pat Shay of Gunn Meyerhoff Shay Architects.  Now over thirty years later this elegant space has been re-imagined and renovated as a suite of luxury apartments.  GMShay has been responsible for all aspects of the architectural and interior design, and worked closely with the owners and Marchese Construction to give these wonderful daylit spaces another 50 years of life.
