Preservation meets environmental conservation in this corporate headquarters’ adaptive reuse of one of Savannah’s first car dealerships, located on one of the city’s original historic squares. The project earned awards from Historic Savannah Foundation and a LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council. It received qualification for Federal Historic Preservation Investment Tax Credits through NPS and SHPO.
