Welcome back Jessica! GMSHAY is excited to announce that Jessica Moeslein is returning to our team as Director of Business Development, leader of the Colorado Office, and Project Architect. Jessica received her Master of Architecture from SCAD and began her career with GMSHAY in 2017 with her primary focus in hospitality and institutional design. Her projects included the masterplan of River Street East, The Hilton Hotel and Benedictine Military School Athletic Facilities. Upon moving to Colorado, Jessica became a licensed architect in the state of Colorado and lead production of various multifamily communities throughout Colorado for Reylenn Properties, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, BMC Investments, Endeavor Real Estate Group, and Sares Regis Group.
One of her most notable projects while in Colorado is Solana Beeler Park, a LEED Silver project, which she lead from Design Development through Construction Phase. She is passionate about the next generation of designers and taught as a part-time Revit instructor at Front Range Community College. She is actively involved in AIA Colorado, Women In Design, and Urban Land Institute.
Since leaving the Coastal Empire, Jess has learned to ski and paddleboard. She can be found skiing, hiking, camping, checking out a new brewery, or paddleboarding with her dog on the weekends.
Jessica is excited to return to GMSHAY. She says, “at GMSHAY, the variety of project types coupled with the diverse experiences and talent of each team member create an environment where creativity and possibilities are boundless. There is never a limit to what we can achieve together. I’m looking forward to being a part of such a dynamic team again.”
